Having worked at CPHC since 2012, Dr. Sarah Izard has long enjoyed being a part of the special bond between San Antonian pets and their human family.
Dr. Izard relishes the challenge of investigating internal medicine cases, figuring out why an animal is unwell, and helping them feel better. Dr. Izard earned her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 2002 after graduating from Trinity University in 1998.
Outside of work, she can be found on the soccer pitch or hanging out with her family, which includes four cats (who have only 14 legs between them) and two dogs, both of whom were rescued through SNIPSA.
